NICHE 4.0 was launched October 2024, specifically for justice-involved individuals. The program is designed to empower and support formerly incarcerated individuals on their journey into entrepreneurship.

This 12-month program offers practical resources, coaching, and mentorship to help build a comprehensive business plan and personal brand, equipping everyday-people to take control of their future.

NICHE 4.0 is rigorous, requiring a commitment of at least 30 hours each month. With online classes and in-person coaching sessions, we cover everything needed to start and grow a sustainable business. Core topics include:

• Defining Your Business Model: Exploring market opportunities, understanding competition, and conducting SWOT analyses.

• Building a Brand: Marketing essentials, product/service development, and brand strategy, including StoryBrand principles.

• Business Structure and Operations: Leadership, HR, systems, and technology.

• Risk Management and Budgeting: Planning for sustainable financial health.

• Accounting and Finance: Developing financial statements, monitoring budgets, and accessing funding through equity, loans, and other sources.

The journey is challenging, but our team is here to support you every step of the way. This program is about second chances, growth, and building a strong foundation for your business dreams.
